So many small businesses think HR has to be corporate, complicated or expensive — because that’s all they’ve ever seen.
Big retainers. Big words. Big “solutions” that don’t fit real life.
But that’s not what small businesses actually need.
What I kept seeing, over and over again, were brilliant owners doing everything themselves…
• stressing over an employee chat
• not knowing what should be in a contract
• piecing together policies from Google
• hoping they were “doing HR right,” but never really being sure
Not because they’re bad employers — but because no one ever taught them another way.
I wanted to create HR that works for real businesses.
Not the corporate giants.
Not the companies with million-pound retainers.
But the small teams, the family-run shops, the trades, the start-up's, the people who just want things done properly without feeling overwhelmed.
HR that sounds like a human, not a handbook.
HR that fits into everyday life.
HR that takes the stress away instead of adding another layer to it.
I don’t believe in overcomplicating things or selling services people don’t need.
Instead, I believe in:

This is my vision.
This is why I started.
