How easy is it to switch payroll mid-year?

In most cases, switching payroll partway through the tax year is simple, fast, and hassle-free. It largely depends on how organised your current provider is, but typically:
✅ All we need are two CSV spreadsheets:
- Employee Details (names, addresses, NI numbers, tax codes, start dates, salaries/hours)
- Year-to-Date Figures (gross pay, tax, NI, pensions, student loans etc.)
Once we have these, we can import everything directly into BrightPay, check it for accuracy, and take over from the very next payroll run.
